Every Institute employee receives an institutional e-mail address. The address is always in the format
login@it.cas.cz
By default, the alias Firstname.Lastname@it.cas.cz also works. Upon request, you can receive other aliases or have your incoming mail forwarded to another address.
You can use your e-mail via the web interface:
Institute Webmail,
or you can use a client software with IMAP protocol support.
We recommend the excellent free client
Thunderbird.
We strongly discourage using MS Outlook.
You can configure the connection parameters according to the attached document:
